Now we're finally settled down here in SF the blog entries are coming hard and fast! Woo! So... You may have missed this one from just a couple of days ago (which has a hot ass picture accompanying it, if I say so myself).

Daddy and I went down to Haight Street the other day. For the uninitiated the Haight-Ashbury district was the birth place of hippie culture and psychedelic rock. It's very colorful and full of quirky, independent shops (which is practically unheard of in the states)…it has the same essence as the North Laine in Brighton. For the first time since we've been here I felt able to really unleash my colorfulness on an unsuspecting daytime crowd.

In one of the first shops we went in I bought a new camo skirt to match my recent camo collar purchase from Leather Etc.

Until relatively recently, I hated camo with a passion. It's true. I'm slowly coming round to the idea that I'm the most impressionable person in the world, and all it takes is consistent gentle prodding from someone I respect to make me decide not only do I LOVE something I hated before, but it was my idea to begin with. Moebius is crazy good at that shit - you only have to note my largely pink wardrobe, pink hair, the fact I'm now fully prepared to wear plaid with stripes and skirts that let my ass hang out, my love of hoods... 2 Years ago most of those things were pretty much a hard limit for this pigdog.

Now I have another thing to add to that list. Hi-top sneakers. Hated them with a PASSION, but I've spent the last week on the hunt for the perfect pair. And I found it a la Amazon:
